A program of the Gay Community Center of Richmond, the RBA attempts to effectively incorporate the commercial, economic and professional interests of the LGBT community with those of the greater Richmond business community at large. As a result, the RBA provides a much-needed an outlet where individuals and organizations from across various sectors of the business community come together to experience unique commercial, educational, networking and social programming opportunities.
