Greetings RBA members & friends
We are pleased that the Richmond Business Alliance will be participating in Virginia Pridefest again this year. We have secured a great spot to set up our tent and interact with Pride Goers. As is always the case, we're going to need the involvement of our members to ensure a successful exhibit at Pridefest.
First, we will need members and friends to tend our booth and interact with the community and prospective RBA members. If you are interested, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Even if you can only spare an hour, it would be great to have your participation.

While we are planning on several other marketing materials, we have decided on two that we think will be great to handout, expand the awareness of the RBA, and give us the chance to highlight some of our members!
Water Bottles with member marketing material
We have approximately 150 re-usable water bottles and lidded cups to hand out. This is an excellent method to get something with your business information into the hands of Pride goers. Business cards, pens, key chains, small magnets, and other small items are great ideas for stuffers. We request a contribution of $25 per company.
We will print 500 flyers to be distributed at our booth. We are still in the process of selecting the best design and size to maximize retention. Most likely this will be a tri-fold pamphlet or something similar. The flyer will explain what the RBA is and why the RBA is important, along with how we achieve our mission. We are still working on additional content. As is always the case, we are looking to highlight our members and assist you in connecting your business with the LGBT community and its friends. We will have 10 highlighted sponsors, including logos, and one line of contact information (telephone/e-mail/website). The cost for this marketing will be $50 per company. Your company's logo will also be included on at least one e-mail communication with our members and friends.
Please respond with your interest or questions to email@example.com . In order to meet printing and assembly deadlines as well as to provide enough time to market your companies, please respond before Friday Sept. 12th
